All of our event packages include the following: coffee on all tables for the entirety of your scheduled event, tea or iced tea upon request, bartenders and all the bar settings (i.e. ice, mixes, and fountain pop), parking lot attendants, coat room attendants if weather permits, banquet staff including a maitre 'd, table linens and centerpieces, silverware, glassware, and china, color coordinating to event theme, and cutting your wedding cake.

Food and Beverage

We do not allow any outside food on the premises for consumption. You are responsible to bring in alcoholic beverages that are to be consumed during your function. La-Vera Party Center will provide all necessary wash and mixes for the alcohol.

A 6 1/4% Sales Tax and 7% Gratuity are not included in any menu prices listed, but will be added to the full balance of your event. All prices on specialty menu items are subject to change and will not be guarantee until a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to the event,  unless outlined in a letter from The La-Vera Party Center.
The Special Touch

Special arrangements may be made with your catering consultant for specialty cakes, specialty linen service, ice sculptures, valet parking, customized invitations, etc ...
Additional Information

La-Vera Party Center does not allow any decorations to be affixed onto the walls, floors, or ceilings with staples, tape or any other substance. The client is responsible for any damages to our property by any of its guests.
Additional room time is also available for $300.00 per half hour (1/2 hour).
A separate $ 150.00 security fee will be collected at time of final billing.
